Bob started his Real Estate career working for Case and Associates 1989. He worked as a porter/painter/maintenance man on three small properties Case managed, in what is known as the TU area or 6th and Lewis in Tulsa, OK. He was able to work his way into the leasing and management of properties and earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 1994.

Bob was originally in a new client company that ultimately purchased 3,000+ apartment units in the metro Tulsa market. He assisted with the structuring of management and operations and was instrumental in the packaging and sale of these units to a non-profit company. This sale was widely regarded as one of the largest apartments deals ever finalized in the Tulsa commercial market.

Bob then joined First Commercial Real Estate Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he and his team brokered more than $450,000,000 in apartment transactions earning the NAIOP's Apartment Deal Of The Year, four years in a row.

Having been back with Case and Associates since 2009, Bob works with the commercial and industrial properties, assisting in the leasing and management.
